• About Us

  The Wheelie Bin Cleaning Company has been in operation for more than 15 years. Tony and Joanne Hooper purchased the business from their good friends George and Tracey in July 2014.

  Tony is a qualified Pastry Chef with more than
  20 years experience in the trade, whilst Joanne has also had a career in hospitality.

  Tony has worked in senior positions with some
  of the best and well known patisseries in Sydney including Yael’s Cakes of Distinction, Simmone Logue Fine Food, Cuisine Patisserie & Continental Patisserie. Joanne has more recently been with Compass Group as Operations Administrator based at H.M.A.S. Kuttabul, Garden Island.

  The invaluable training we have both received has given us strengths in management, logistics and H.A.C.C.P., but the most important attribute is QUALITY and not settling for second best. 
  We understand what a vital service this is to the hospitality, commercial and domestic sectors of our community.

  We are completely dedicated to providing great honest service, which only comes from hard work and good sound values. We want to work with our customers to supply excellent service, to understand their needs, and to grow and
  develop better systems to achieve this.

  We want to work with our suppliers to get the best products, the best equipment to give you
  the customer the best we can offer.

  In line with a fresh new vision we will be Bin 2 Clean a name that will be synonymous with quality, professionalism, and hygiene.

  Frequently Asked Questions...

  What chemicals do you use?
  And are they safe?

  Most of the cleaning action is actually from the pressure cleaner which is a lot more effective than a household garden hose.

  We work closely with our suppliers and
  use cleaning aids environmentally and responsibly. All of the chemicals that we use are biodegradable and are supported by Safety Data Sheets (S.D.S.’s)

  What happens to the waste water?

  Using an advanced filtration system the water is recycled via an onboard storage tank. The water is regularly replaced and disposed of environmentally.

  Can’t I just wash my bins at home?

  In a word usually NO. Most council regulations forbid this and there can
  be hefty penalties imposed.

  How often do my bins need cleaning?

  This depends on how you treat your
  bins, but as an idea most residential customers prefer to use a 4-8 week
  service, whereas larger strata blocks
  may find 1-4 weekly ideal.
