After purchasing The Wheelie Bin Cleaning Company in 2014 we formed Bin2Clean PTY LTD and transformed the company to what it is today.

Frequently asked questions

What chemicals do you use and are they safe?

Most of the cleaning action is actually from the hgh pressure cleaner which is a lot more effective than a standard household garden hose. We work closely with our suppliers and use cleaning aids environmentally and responsibly. All of the chemicals that we use are biodegradable and are supported by Safety Data Sheets (S.D.S.’s)
What happens to the waste water?

We recycle the water through our purpose built onboard units the water tranferring through a series of filters. Working closely with our recycling partner all waste water is treated in accordance with Sydeny Water and EPA guidelines. Please note that waste water from bin cleaning is not to enter storm water or any natural waterways
Can’t I just wash my bins at home?

In a word usually NO. Most council regulations forbid this and there can be hefty penalties imposed.
How often do my bins need cleaning?

This depends on how you treat your bins, but as an idea most residential customers prefer to use a 2-4 week service, whereas Hospitality and Larger Strata Blocks may find 1-4 weekly ideal.
How do we pay you?

Our service is completely contactless, our operators do not handle any payments. We can set up monthly or quarterly account options Once the service has been completed we supply an invoice via email and payment can be made within 7 days via EFT Direct Deposit. Please note we no longer accept cheques or credit card payments
What happens if I forget to leave the bins out for you, or I am on holidays?"

We are happy to send you a reminder text prior to your service which you can set up with us if required. We are happy to suspend your service whilst you are away on your holidays, please supply one weeks notice Please note that futile servcies are at a cost to our business and and may have to be oncharged to our customers
What happens if my bins are not emptied before you arrive?

This does happen on occasion that is why we request an approxiamete time of emptying. Usually we can return later that or the following day, but please keep the bin clear for us to do so. A futile servcie fee will not be charged when it is the waste collectors responsibility
